X ray appears to be normal,breathing issues like difficulty in breathing or if you have cough with expectoration start on antibiotics tab.azitral 500 for 3 days once a day, take Luke warm water avoid oily foods, and kindly upload your ecg

X-ray looks normal,but there are many causes of breathlessness related to lung where X-ray is normal,like asthma.so proper consultation is needed for diagnosis and treatment.
