My son is 6 years old, I have attached his xray neck, is the adenoids enlarged? As he is suffering from nasal blockage from past 2 years

X ray chest is not the investigation that we want for adenoids. I would rather like to have Blood CBC, sugar, CRP, and X ray chest to proceed with adenoids treatment.
You should also consult an ENT Specialist if the adenoids are really big.
