U can get a mantoux test instead of x ray exposure in pregnancy if the visa can be processed in case of pregnancy.

If it is a requirement for visa you will have to get it done.  You should inform the Radiologist before hand  and they will take precautions to  reduce the chances of exposure to the fetus to the minimum. X-ray during pregnancy is only relatively contraindicated.
