I got adenoids surgery last year at age 21 due to adenoids I have got high arched V Plate due to this I am having mouth breathing at nights dental doctor suggested jaw widening surgery advice for X ray PNS can you please tell that PNS Xray is normal or abnormal xray photo attached plz look into should I do Ct scan .
