  4. Wrist pain. Been there for over a year.

Wrist pain around the thumb joint and palm. Riding bikes, pushing objects and getting in certain positions cause pain. Its been there for over a year.

This seems to be related to inflammation of the soft tissues around your thumb, You just need appropriate medicine to negate this inflammation and you will be fine
