So in my wrist area when I move it it has this pain and ripping sensation in it. I don't know if it's from inflammation or something else but once I moved it feels like my tissue is being ripped

Well there are certain things that you need to ask yourself. Since how long is this pain. Did it start with any trauma. Is there any associated swelling. As of now just apply some Ice and give it some rest. Get it Assessed by a professional after getting an Xray of the wrist.
