Wrist fracture Position to heal fast
What is the difference between staying hand folded close to chest and leaving it free for free movement elbow for the wrist fracture. Does staying hand at heart level increase recovery rate of bone fracture . If yes then If i leave and free and movable condition then how many days it will delay from staying at one position. I hope you understand this. And please doctors answer here only. Plz don't say for personal consultation

Keeping hand at heart level doesn't have relation to healing in that way.. The ultimate aim is to keep the limb elevated to prevent swelling at the fracture site.. The usual duration for fracture healing is 6 to 8 weeks.  That will remain the same in either position. The only difference will be that if swelling persists, it may cause pain..
Next Steps
You can do elbow movements intermittently. That won't cause any problem.. Also, continue active finger movements..
