Wounds in food pipe
My son is suffering from fever. Got throught infection and started coughing continuesly. Because of cough, his food pipe got wounds. Now he is not able to swallow food or medicin. Could you please suggest a food which we can give? Consider that is he having fever and throught infection.

Give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever if required,as also for throat pain.
Give him warm fluids to drink,hot milk,chocolate,tea etc.
Give bland foods if it helps.
