Wound with pus

Asked for Female, 35 Years

20 days back wound occurred with pus took injection and tablets the pus with blood with different colour released then after wound started cure and now it's getting healed since from yesterday again one pinned /dotted wound is starting hence nearest doctor gave ciprofloxacin 500 tablet please suggest
