Wound scar
I fell from bike 2 months ago i got injury below my left leg knee. It has healed but there is a scar left. I used to apply neosporin gel on it. Will scar go away with time. Should i apply coconut oil on it?. I have attched the photo of scar.

Scar is getting hypertrophic. It will not go by itslef.
Options include pressure massage therapy, silicone based cream treatments , kenokort injections.
