Wound problem
Hi, I am a 26 years male. Got hit by bricks in last week near right leg ankle and got wounded. Earlier it was like small scratch. So I ignored. But now my right leg is swollen and wounded part is also increased. Already consulted family doctor and taken tablets like flanzen and toxim-o. Pain reduced but swelling is still there.

Cellulitis( infection ) developed, thats why swelling is there. Do blood sugar check. Keep your leg elevated, TAB AUGMENTIN DUO 650 mg twice daily, TAB LYSER D twice daily, TAB ACILOC 300 MG twice daily, TAB ZINCOVIT 1 daily. Local. BETADINE OINTMENT & SUMAG LOTION. ALL FOR 7 DAYS.

Had you gone for tetanus vaccination after the injury your leg is developing cellulitis kindly consult as soon as possible to avoid further damage.
If treatment is not started right now it may lead into pus formation and which will be very difficult to treat at home

Pls take higher antibiotic
It might be cellulitis
U need urgently start intravenous antibiotics for it
Start tablet chymoral forte three times a. Day
And if u are not allergic to penicillin
Start tab amoxiclav 875mg two times a day 7 days

Is tetanus toxoid taken? If not take as soon as possible.
