Wound on left side back

Asked for Female, 46 Years

My aunt is having a hard wound on her left scapula area for 10 years. It never disturbed her for many years.recently she feels pain, puss and swelling.local GP suggested to remove it. We wanted a more specialized Doctors help. We afraid if it is a cancerous growth. It is not growing but swollen and puss is coming out and there is a lot pain.

It's looks like an infected sebaceous cyst, & unlikely to be cancer, contact a surgeon immediately before infection becomes severe.
