Wound not healing
I had operated my 2 primary cancer of jaw before 6 months with flap from chest muscles. Doctor told me after 2 to 3 month he will remove flap from neck . I have operated at 12th November for flap removal. Now some part of stitches is not healing on my neck. Doctor told me my schene is radiated so it will take time and he told he will cut stitch after two days. But my wound is not healing please suggest.

Please maintain proper wound hygiene for better results..
What do you mean temporary flap..
You meant pmmc flap...
