Wound caused by road accident

Doctor, i met with an accident 5days ago. i have got scratches everywhere. i earlier go to the doctor that time. after 5 days my waist wound still not healing. it still seems like fresh . what shoud i do in i do care my wounds daily. and should i clean the white liquid form on my wound clots . please help me to heal this soon
