If the dog bite wound is not cleaned or treated with antibiotics, then the person will get an infection and pus in that area. Vaccination is only to prevent rabies, but wound cleaning and dressing is a must to avoid bacterial infection. Dog saliva has lots of bad bacteria, which causes infections. So, one who didn't clean the dog bite but got all the vaccination will not get rabies, but they will get infection in the wound.
