Would Vitamins cause constipation
For my hairfall I am supposed to take for 30 days-

Hb Set tab
Cdense Total tab 500mg
I have constipation as well and in the Net it is written that all these Vitamins tab have side affects as constipation
Do I need to take any precaution before taking all these? Like increase fibre intake or something ?
