...I felt extreme pain in the pelvis last night...and in the morning i collected urine that showed white spots in it

Get done complete urine examination and culture sensitivity of the urine.With reports meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.After examination she will prescribe some medicine.Drink plenty of water.
