Pregnant 6 weeks having extreme pain
My wife is 6 weeks pregnant and she feels extreme pain in right side lower back at night. She is taking instafol tablet everyday as directed by her doctor. She always feels exhausted and sleepy.

If so go for ultrasound, and cBC CBC. And add tab Duphastone with folic acid tab.
