Worried about skin tags
I am on my weight loss journey and struggling with these skin tags on my neck. Will they fall off naturally once I reach my target weight, I have read insulin sensitivity causes them

It is definitely related to obesity and insulin resistance.But,It will not fall off on its own.Electrocautery is the best.
