Worried about baby talking skills
Hi I have a baby girl who is 20 month old. She is very active in doing and observing things .she identifies all the animals and does all the tasks which we tell her like throw the ball, get the ball etc..She understands what ever we say .The problem is she is using more sign language to express than words .Is there a problem as she is not speaki

Normal speech development incorporates normal hearing,brain function and normal speech apparatus.
If she has at least 2-3 word vocabulary of meaningful words,relax.
If not get her hearing tested,which is the 1 st logical step for delayed speech.
