Is he playful and active? Stop antibiotics as they should have worked by now. They are unlikely to help now. Does the child have hard stools? Passing daily? Gases? Please send these details. Also consult a pediatric gastroenterologist

Mesentric lymph adenitis is common in children. It's aa recurring problem and will see this on and off till 10 years. Symptomatic relief during episodes is adviced.
Deworming- for worms is advisable.
If you have any further queries consult pediatrician or avail online consultation during episodes.
Hi,
I understand your concerns. The lymph nodes are huge. Will take 6-8 weeks to resolve. Whenever he eats rich food or doesn’t have food at proper time, he will have pain.
Next Steps
Nothing to worry. He will be ok in couple of weeks. You need to deworm once in 6 months, if not dewormed, give Syr Zentel or bandy plus.
