Workout during breastfeeding
My son is 8 months old and he is not dependent on my breastmilk...becoz from starting...my milk supply was not enough for my baby's hunger...so he eats foods as well as formula milk...he only needs my milk when he wants to sleep...so I just wanna know that can I do breast related exercises becoz i have problem of breastsagging...and other exercises related to thighs and stomach

Hi You can do workout no problem and make sure you are working on one muscle at one day and do cardio 3 times in a week ..
