Hi.. it really is a difficult situation to be in. However she needs to be assessed in order to suggest regarding her diagnosis and need for treatment. You can convince her to have an online consultation if she isn't willing to go see a psychiatrist. Once she trusts the doctor she can open up .
Next Steps
consult for further evaluation and management

Hi...She needs a detailed assessment by a Psychiatrist /Psychologist and for that she must be present , be it online or offline. So try to convince her first, Or you can go to the Psychiatrist/Psychologist to find ways to make her visit.
Health Tips
In some places Mobile Mental Health facilities are available, where the team visits the patient at home and assesses the patient and takes action as per need.  You can search if this facility is available at your place and take their help.

Yes, it will be immensely helpful to take help of Psychiatrist and medication. The medication will calm her down and work on her aggression levels. She is having some internal conflict, which is getting translated into a aberration. She needs both counselling and medication. You can reach out for that to me, and I can guide you for that, and don’t worry, she can get better
