I'm Shalu I was working as admin executive and I was working extremely and got so much compliments from all in working place but suddenly new president to organization and he shifted me to reception and I got hurt so much I decided to leave from that organization when they said that they are shifting me to reception I got hurt and when I listen to this I started crying from that time to till now I'm just crying so much I m too sensitive I'm nt able to control it I got so much from their rudeword

no work is small big ,it's all depends up on our thinking and our efforts .
They must have transfered there because of your good caliber only so u dont worry .
as they may be expecting few more changes and good results from that reception .
if possible u continue your work, if not then change job,
But never do your work emotionally ,u should be formal and professional at your work place .

It's hurting to your self esteem... mortification...
And your nature is sensitive which made this more intense...
It's better that you change job if it's reception
You can get better job on your previous experience.
Don't brood on that thing which will increase your pain...

I guess you felt insulted....you thought that the job of a receptionist was below your skill or below what you deserve. Remember you are just 22. With experience you will be able to tackle such situations better. It is okay to not want to do a certain job but remember all work has its own dignity. Make yourself more useful and more qualified so that nobody would dare to treat you similarly again. All the best for your future and I'm confident you will make it large!
You have grown up now. Just calm down. Crying is not the solution. You may have many more better opportunities ahead. Keep yourself busy . If possible try to find out the cause for you shifting ,discuss with them . If you still feel depressed change your job. Yoga and meditation will help you a lot.
