It has been 3-4 days, left lower side wisdom tooth is coming and because of it has created a small whole on left side. I tried clove oil to get relief from pain. But after 5 minutes again it starts paining. Blood is also coming out of it.

Visit dentist take xray to see whether its errupting or impacted. As mostly 3 rd molars errupt between 17 to 22 yrs of age. If its impacted better get it extracted to avoid repeated infection and pain.
Hello,
sometimes if there is lack of space for the tooth to erupt,it can change its orientation leading to infection and pain/swelling of the gums. You need to visit an Oral surgeon, get an X-ray done to confirm this.If it is not in a favourable position to erupt then it is better to get it removed.

May be your tooth is not getting enough space to come out that will create infection because of food lodgement called pericoronitis please consult a dentist for clinical evaluation
