U need to get an x ray first of that wisdom tooth. If it has sufficient space then we can leave it to erupt. If not then it needs to be extracted.
U can visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the procedure.
Charges may vary from 1000 to 1500 depending on ease of extraction of your tooth.
If u have an x ray or opg of your tooth u can send me or consult me.

Hii.First step is to relieve the pain so start taking antiinflammatory tab such as combiflam.make a visit to dentist and get a opg done.your dentist would decide if it can be saved or should go for extraction.home remedies won't be of much help.
The cost will be in between 3k to 5k
first and foremost we need to see the xray which shows how the tooth is placed and later if the tooth is in line of occlusion we can save the tooth by doin a procedure known as operculectomy which exposes the wisdom tooth or else an extraction is advised. usual impacted tooth extraction is priced between 3000-4000 depending on the complexity
Start hot water gargles with salt and take an anti inflammatory like tablet Combiflam. Get an X-ray done to find out if the tooth is impacted and needs removal. If so then the procedure costs between 3500 to 6000 depending on the Clinic and doctor’s expertise
