Hello... No wisdom tooth removal will not make you look ugly at all. The face becomes droopy with age in people who have got multiple extractions and haven’t got it replaced. Just getting wisdom tooth extracted will not create any difference in your looks. Most of the people get it removed and many don’t even have it so don’t worry on that aspect.

It all depends on position and angulation of wisdom teeth. . Usually it is impacted which means inside bone. So taking out doesn't make any difference in looks
