Hello. Pain and discomfort after lower wisdom tooth removal usually tends to be there for about 5-10 days. In case of pain you may take other over-the-counter medications depending upon the pain only after consulting about the same with your dentist.
Next Steps
Consult your dentist regarding the same for any other painkillers
Health Tips
Rinse your mouth with lukewarm water with pinch of salt after every meal and maintain proper oral hygiene. Avoid any kind of trauma to the site of extraction.

Pain after surgical extraction is quite common. Wait for two three days. If it doesn't subside then consult doctor again. Till then try to maintain good oral hygiene. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. Use mouthwash. Can take painkiller.

Hello. Complete healing after surgery takes 10-15 days time whereas pain will subside on its own as healing takes place. Do not worry. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Rinse your mouth gently after every meal. Maintain proper tongue hygiene as well.
