as with your current levels of Haemoglobin you will not be advised for the surgical procedure you can discuss alternate pain reduction methods. do you have any OPG or Xray?
Hello
It might not be possible to perform the surgery with such low, hemoglobin levels
Please consult the general physician and try to increase iron intake
The tooth can be extracted once the levels are normal
As per your Hb level, you are severely anemic.
Surgical procedures are avoided in such case.
Use pain killers for the pain in the mean time and get your HB level up.
If still there is pain and extraction is the only solution, consult your physician for alternative ways that can be undertaken in extreme situations.
