Hello , recently we visited dentist for wisdom tooth removal as one small part of tooth broke. He suggested CBCT. I have attached the cbct report. Please check the report if there is any cause of concern and next steps.

Hi sir,
This is a normal wisdom tooth surgery, the cbct does not suggest any severe complications with the morphology of tooth..
The tooth is near to a nerve in your lower jaw..but I think that's not a huge matter of concern..this should be a simple surgery and may take 20-30 mints allover

The report is suggestive of a lesion propbably a Endo Perio lesion or a periapical cyst
Once the tooth has been removed this has to be enucleated intoto or either decompression has to be done
