Hello,
I have a wisdom tooth which hasn't come out fully. The outer part has come out which makes anything I eat get stuck in the gap. I also have a blister kind of thing near it which contains clear fluid and some weird texture on the gum near the wisdom tooth. Recently I started getting swollen lymph nodes under my jaw and neck. Please let me know what the issue is and if all these symptoms point to an infection.

Hello,
Your symptoms looks like, it is a case of pericoronitis, so taking antibiotics and analgesic is necessary for symptomatic relief. Once the active infection is over consult with an oral and maxillofacial Surgeon. An OPG x-ray is needed for proper assessment regarding the prognosis of that tooth.
Next Steps
if that tooth is impacted then that should be removed, if there is a chance of eruption of that tooth, then to prevent further episode of infection operculectomy can be done.

Hello
I am a maxillofacial surgeons. Its a infection which cause inflammation of jan and lymph nodes. Go for proper antibiotics for 7 days and immediate extraction of teeth . don't delay.
Hi, your symptoms sound like the tooth is bothering you.
You're getting cheek bite and good lodgement because of it.
Also, if your lymph nodes are swollen, it means the infection vis spreading.
So do not delay, please contact an OMFS surgeon at the earliest for extraction.
Take care, stay safe.
If their is any hinderence in the erupting pathways of wisdom tooth then wisdom tooth need to be extracted.
X ray or OPG can rule out whether it's erupting properly or not.
Most Symptoms you are feeling shows that it's a partial erupted wisdom tooth. You may need to get it extracted.
Till then warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash, try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, apply ice pack out side mouth over effected area if you notice any swelling on face.
Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
