Wisdom tooth
Iam 27 , married and have two sons. I have only 28 teeths.. Wisdom tooth is not coming yet.. Is there any issue.. Or iam expecting it earlier.. Pls suggest..

Your 4 wisdom teeth MAY be still in the jaws which can only be confirmed upon examination using an OPG x-ray.

Don't worry, its perfectly fine you have all necessary 28 teeth.
Wisdom tooth doesn't help in chewing food.

No such issues, nothing to worry not everyone has wisdom teeth. Wisdom teeth are an extra set of molars Some people have and some people donât have and its depend on your size of jaw and sometimes it is impacted within bone.

If you have 28teeth it won't be a problem firstly and second thing other teeth may be impacted so for that diagnostic OPG to be done

You can take a full mouth xray, OPG to give you a better idea. Sometimes the wisdom tooth may not be present, which is normal. Sometimes they may be located at an angle that makes it difficult for it to come out into the mouth. You can get a clearer picture with the xray.
