Warm water gargle repeatedly,add ounce of salt if no kidney or pressure related problem. T. Pyregesic 650, for any discomfort. Avoid hot compression or balm or ointments application extraorally.

If pain is extreme take 2 tabs of ketorol dt together in water after dissolving as of now. Pls visit dentist and get it extracted.
