Wisdom tooth extraction
There are two wisdom teeth in my mouth ..i am feeling headache jaw discomfort and ear fullness and swallowing difficulty . Dr said only way it is to remove it ...can anyone tell me by picture what kind of wisdom teeth: these are?? And how tough it will be to extract them

In the picture you can see two teeth, the one standing straight is your second molar; one tilted or leaning is the third molar.
In cases where third molar fails to erupt like all other teeth and end up acquiring a tilted position it is called as “ impacted third molar “. Now if you can appreciate in the picture your third molar is leaning on second molar and in its quest to come out it applies pressure to find it ways ( unfortunately it fails ) ending up causing bone loss or decay to an otherwise Health second molar but virtue of its contact with the same.
Your symptoms such as unilateral headache, ear fullness and swallowing difficulty are indicative of a troublesome third molar.

Hie dear...ya it needs an extraction..it's postion is not right ...it is pushing another tooth...so it needs an extraction...

The radiograph you have shared suggest a vertically impacted third molar . Usually the grades of difficulty are based on the tooth position and space available from distal aspect of your second molar to starting point ( mesial) aspect of ramus of mandible . In your case in seems to fairly difficult considering the position of tooth which is slightly below the adjacent tooth . But as your roots aren’t fully developed it gives a leverage and lesser chances or nerve to be damaged .
