If you have mild pain in all the time of whole day you can take enzoflam. But in spite of taking enzoflam you feel heavy pain take ketorol dt. This is what we commonly do. But there might be any reason for what doc has given both together in your case. So,if you have any doubt about taking both together, consult with your dentist who has prescribed.

Both are antiinflammatory and painkillers. No need to take both in combination. But sometimes when the pain is severe and not releived by Enzoflam ,we can take together. Combination for five days not necessary according to me. But have to check why the doctor have given for five days together.
