I am having too much pain because of wisdom tooth so pls suggest some medicine. And for swelling in gums.

Extraction is the way to go for a permanent treatment... Meds are just temporary relief

Go for opg xray, If space is less for it to come out then go for extraction , No need to unnecessarily suffer from pain and discomfort.

Attach picture. Do not do any kind of  hot compression or balm application extra-orally in that region. Luke warm salt water gargle. If not relieved or worsening, need to undergo medication or treatment according to the condition of tooth.

Brush gently twice and the use mouth wash the gum swelling will reside... Get an X-ray done for your wisdom tooth to know the exact cause of the pain

Maintain hygiene in wisdom tooth area. Use mouthwash. Apply ice from outside 3-4 times a day for swelling.
