Hi Generally wisdom tooth pain occurs when there is less space in your jaw and the tooth causes pressure . Other reason is that it gets decayed. Its difficult to clean wisdom molars as your brush doesn’t reach there plus they can cause decay of adjacent teeth. So visit a Dentist get it checked and get the X-rays done. It is better to get it removed as a permanent solution.By the time you can take a Pain killer tablet. HOPE THAT HELPS DR.Nisha.Harwani

Best and permanent  treatment for wisdom tooth pain is extraction especially if it is impacted. Also early extraction will prevent decay in adjacent teeth, reduce pain during and after extraction
Next Steps

If the tooth is impacted then it is better to remove it as it may affect other teeth also. Get an X-ray done and remove it if your dentist recommends it.
Health Tips
Do hot water gargles with salt and take an anti inflammatory like Combiflam
