Please visit a Child Specialist Dentist(Pedodontist).
And a 3 year old child will not have wisdom teeth erupted.But if you have a doubt about the cavities , it definitely needs to be taken care. It might need a filling or whatever treatment is required will be confirmed to you by your dentist by taking x-rays if needed. For habit-breaking also your dentist will be able to help you.
