Blood come with saliva when sucking
Whenever I suck my saliva blood come with it and also on eating food gums started to create pain else I'm not eating food properly..on some days I feel so dryness in my throat and cough also..

Bleeding from gums like you describe could be due to gum disease caused by tartar. In that case scaling and polishing ( teeth cleaning) will solve your problem.
