From this Sonography scan it is unlikely that you will have ovulation in this cycle.
You are 36 years old. I suggest you should consult a Gynaecologist in your area who is working on Infertility and has an IVF Centre.

The ultrasound mentions pcos
the only treatment of which is to exercise and maintain a healthy bmi
tracking cervical mucus is a very vague method of identifying ovalution
you can go for an ultrasound called follicular monitoring or use the ovulation strip kit which are available in the market
other reasons for the inability to conceive need to be investigated
