Will my hearing go back to normal?
I was diagnosed with otitis externa today and have been put on medication + ear drops. My hearing has also decreased or become muffled. I wanted to know if my hearing return back to normal? ( dr has said that this disease is common )

Get Hba1c checked Plus your hearing will improve because it’s just conductive hearing loss which will further be corrected once it resolved
Next Steps
Avoid ear drops if it is otitis externa Instead keep a ear wick soaked with clotam v but ointment. Daily change for 5 days
