Why to control salt intake to control?
I'm a kidney transplant recipient. I have a general question. Why is it advised to control salt intake if blood pressure can be controlled using medications?

Higher sodium load cant be handled by single kindey, and electrolyte load to be less for prolonged function of kidney graft as well. Rather dan using medication for BP its better to prevent it by controlling salt intake too.
