And don't have any contraindication for transplant.
Long term Dialysis - Life expectancy falls drastically.

Hello, the biggest problem facing presently is to get a good functioning kidney from a family member which is difficult to get sometimes.
Next Steps
There are few complains claiming to give stem cell therapy for regenerating the kidneys but it's still on trail basis
