Hello Doctor,
I am a kidney transplant recipient. Couple of months back I did my tacrolimus test. The doctor later reduced my dose from 3 mg to 2.5 mg. (1.5 -1.0)
it's time for me to do the tacrolimus test again.
I wonder, at which trough should I give my blood. (Morning or night, when should I go to give my blood)
Trough of 1.5mg or 1 mg. Or is it irrelevant?
Please advise.

Give the sample in the morning before taking the morning dose.
What is duration post transplant.. Tacrolimus dose titration depends on Tac level and varies with duration post transplant
