Why lymph node??
After reading so many article on cancer, one thing is cleqr that whenever lymph swollen in neck area, then 90% times is is cancer... Then what is purpose of lymph node then ?? Lymph swollen are nowadays turning to cancer in 90% case and eventually paitent will die within 2 to 3 year after that.. So is it not better to remove lymph node from neck forever??

1st of all it not lymph node which is responsible for cancer it's the cancer or other reason s like infection, inflammation responsible for lymhp node swelling. Majority of lymph node swellings are associated with infection and cancer . Everything in the has its own role. Lymph node also has role . Removing lymph nodes without any underlying pathology has no any role in preventing cancer

Hi dear I don't think u can find it anywhere that neck lymph nodes are due to cancer 90% of times If u are feeling that u or someone might have cancer then please consult a doctor to confirm. Also many cancers do not present with enlarged lymph nodes and similarly not all enlarged lymph nodes are cancerous as many are just due to infection. So removing lymph nodes without any reason wil not be justified Please consult in case of further query Take care
