Why is this happening?
Is it possible to have stretchy clear discharge but still no ovulation? I am noticing stretchy clear discharge since last three days, but still didn't feel any bloating or cramps like ovulation, which i always feel. So how to know that i have ovulated or not? Is it possible that i am not ovulating even after noticing ovulation like discharge? And if possible, then why is this happening ? Because usually i ovulate within 2 days after noticing this kind of discharge, what can be the problem?

You could do an ovulation test . It’s like the pregnancy kit . It will guide you towards your ovulation. Bloating etc is not necessary .

Yes The discharge does not help understand whether ovulation is happening or not You need either an ultrasound or the strip kit test to find out if your ovaluting or not There are multiple reasons for not ovaluting you need investigations to find out

Firstly please don't link bloating and cramps with ovulation. They may or may not be there. Secondly a urine test is a more sure method than stretchy clear discharge. Thirdly you should specify why you are keen to know the exact time of ovulation. Is it for ovum pickup, or IUI, or timed sexual intercourse ? If you feel that there is a pressing need to know the date of ovulation and you have no scope to go wrong then you go for sonography.
