Why infection give back pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I'm suffering from back pain due to infection (mild to moderate) ...i have taken antibiotic prescription by doctor for 2 days now... Only mild relief.. CBC report was normal expect slight increase in white blood cells 11400... When will I get full relief...?
