Why i have lot of fart
Gm doctor i have lot of farting after i took breakfast or lunch...what will be the problem ..kindly tell...stomach burning sometimes

Follow some tips like take roasted ajwain black salt after meal with warm water ,many home remedies also u can apply . Change ur eating pattern ,do exercise ,yoga . Do walk 20 min after each meal . Change ur lifestyle. Chew ur food proper . Take 20 min for completing ur meal . Add lots of water . Avoid oily and fried food .
