Why are we failing in conceive
I am writing this with deep frustration. My wife and I have been married for five years and have been trying for a baby for the past two years. I am 36 years old, and my wife is 35. My weight is 100.3 kg, and my wife’s is 100.7 kg. My BMI is 35, and my wife’s BMI is 39. Both of my wife’s fallopian tubes are open. She has no thyroid issues, no PCOS, and no other known medical problems. I am diabetic. My semen count ranges from 35 million to 40 million, with 50% motility. Despite having a good semen count, I tried taking Popson tablets for two months. We tried naturally for one year, followed by egg stimulation for six months before attempting IUI. My wife’s eggs are forming properly, with an average size of 17–20 mm, and they are rupturing as expected. We have attempted three IUIs and two IVF cycles, but all have failed. No one has been able to identify a reason for the failures, even though everything seems fine medically. what is next??what is wrong.. went to temple...but still

IVF failures may happen due to embryo quality issues, genetic issue with the embryo, uterine problems or improper timing of transfer. Proceed with further testing to find the cause and plan your next transfer accordingly. Weight loss helps improve implantation rates and more importantly will reduce the risk of miscarriage

Age of female is the most important factor. Once they cross 35 years, most of the eggs will be genetically abnormal. Obesity also has a negative effect on the quality of gametes. It’s better to go for Ivf and embryo transfer.
Next Steps
There are different methods in ivf like PGT to know genetic abnormalities of the embryos
