Could be due to external hemorrhoids , chronic fissure and skin tag.However the actual cause could be determined only during physical examination by your doctor.

You might b having constipation which wud b leading to skin tags outside the anus.Which while u touch must b feeling as swollen. Please take Syp.Looz 20ml to get relieve.

There are 2 probability : anal fissure /haemorrhoids Cause : constipation /less fibrous foods and water intake Tab sitcoms fort 1 tab x bd x 15 days Tab signoflam 1 tab x bd x 15 days Ointment pilorute to be applied twice daily Syp duphalac 20 ml at night Lots of fibrous foods and water Avoid spicy foods Warm water tub sitting
